The Ultimate Two-Minute All-Natural Detox Drink Recipe

This recipe contains:

Apple Cider Vinegar:  Apple cider vinegar is full of enzymes and good bacteria. It contains acetic acid, which has been shown to lower blood pressure up to 6 percent. It can also help digest dietary starches grains are a part of your diet.

Lemon Juice:  Lemon juice helps balance blood sugar and has an alkaline effect on your body which in turn helps to regulate pH (acid-base balance). Our bodies function best in an alkaline environment.   • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
