Coconut Chocolate Almond Bites

Another great recipe from a dear friend that’s quick, easy, and healthy when you’re looking for a sweet treat!


1/3 cup coconut oil

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

4 drops of stevia

¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/3 cup finely chopped roasted almonds for topping

Drop of vanilla bean extract


Line a 6×6 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together the coconut oil, cocoa, vanilla bean extract and stevia for about 3 minutes.

Stir in the coconut flakes and pour into baking dish and press down add the chopped almonds and refrigerate until hard – about 30/45 minutes. Remove and cut into small piece and enjoy.
